There’s something incredibly special about photographs of the people you love most.
Children grow. Families change. Life moves quickly. And while we’re busy living it, it’s easy to forget just how precious these everyday moments are.
That’s why I love photographing families.
To be invited into your world and create a little snapshot of your family at this particular moment in time is a real privilege. I want to capture the connections, personalities and little moments that make your family yours — photographs that will take you right back to this chapter of your lives, even years from now.
And when families return to me year after year, I get the wonderful privilege of watching those chapters unfold.
You don’t need to be a family who loves having their photograph taken. In fact, most of my clients aren’t!
‘Relaxed’, ‘at ease’ and ‘fun’ are the words I hear most often when families describe their experience with me. Rather than asking everyone to stand still and give me a perfect smile, I use my experience and techniques to bring out genuine expressions, natural interactions and those little moments that happen when everyone simply feels comfortable.
My job is to take care of the photography. Your job is simply to enjoy being together.
There are two ways to experience your family photography session, depending on what feels most like you.
– THE STUDIO –
For something a little more timeless and striking, we can create your family portraits in my new studio in Bromley, opening soon. A simple, relaxed space where we can focus on capturing the connections, personalities and little moments that make your family unique.
If you’d prefer the comfort of home, I can also bring a simple studio setup to you, so we can create beautiful portraits in familiar surroundings.
– THE LOCATION –
If your family loves being outdoors, we can head somewhere that means something to you. A favourite walk, a beautiful local spot or even your own garden can provide the perfect backdrop — and somewhere familiar often makes it even easier for everyone to relax.
And if the location and timing allow, we can combine both styles during your experience at no extra charge, giving you a wonderful variety of images.
Your Family Photography Experience is scheduled for up to two hours, giving us plenty of time to settle in, have fun and capture the photographs we’re looking for.
There’s no need to keep going simply because the clock says so. Once I know we’ve captured something truly special, your session is complete.
Your Family Photography Experience starts at just £49 and includes your session, a complimentary 10×8 mounted print and the matching digital image — perfect for sharing with loved ones or printing again whenever you wish.
At your grand reveal, you’ll see your photographs for the first time and have the opportunity to choose additional prints, beautiful wall art or an album — perfect for turning your favourite memories into something tangible that you can enjoy for years to come.
One day, these photographs won’t just be pictures of your family.
They’ll be a reminder of how small the children once were, the way everyone laughed, the closeness you shared — and this particular chapter of your story that can never be recreated.
